The title of the album refers to the physical changes in the brain that occur as a result of trauma. The music was created in a groggy, half-awake state, attempting to evoke the sensations of the moment. Misfiring synapses, pulsating blood vessels, and woozy sensations create a mind fog you can only briefly remember in the moments just after you wake up.

Suffocating and claustrophobic death industrial/dark ambient reminiscent of classic acts such as Megaptera, Yen Pox, Lustmord, etc. Cold, clinical, minimal and rhythmic in its presentation, the results are highly effective and atmospheric.
